Our names are Daan Klein and Merijn Kok. Entrepreneurs with balls.
During our bachelor of Hospitality and Business Management we got to know each other and found our mission: to change the Dutch snack menu.
Klein & Kok has Arancini of two different flavor combinations.
The mozzarella tomato Arancini and the Truffle Wild-mushroom Arancini. Both Arancini have a basis consisting of a creamy risotto with a thin, crunchy crust made from Japanese panko.
