Arancini, which means tiny oranges in Italian, originate from Sicily. Here, Italian nonna’s cooked risotto for the whole family. The risotto that remained was not wasted, but used for the residual product: Arancini. Inspired by an authentic Sicilian recipe we made Arancini. We learned how to do it, but also saw how it can be done differently.
That is why we made a vegetarian Arancini of mozzarella and tomato. Common flavors but in an innovative product.
Excellent for on the terrace, accompanied by a good glass of wine or at parties. The characteristic rich flavor of this Arancini comes from the classic Italian combination of mozzarella, tomato, basil and Parmesan cheese.
For the real enthusiast, we have developed our second product: the vegetarian truffle wild-mushroom Arancini.
Crispy and smoldering, and above all tasty because of the fantastic combination of truffle and wild mushrooms. Excellent as a luxury appetizer or snack.
